I saw a video that was showing snake skateboarding around "The big shell."
If you know how to get the skateboarding thing please tell me

It's only available on MGS2 Substance.

Well, you have to buy the game from a store. Which I'm pretty sure it's out of print so you'd have to try eBay or Amazon or something. It's really not that complicated...

It's unlocked from the start of the game. Although I think it might be EU only.

It's definitely available in America too. In Substance, all the extras are unlocked right from the bat.

Then why is it that the main menu on my copy says these exact words?

Just like that, with small "English only" directly underneath "Skateboarding"?

Well in mine it only says Skateboarding with no "English Only" underneath it. I'm assuming yours is the Euro version of it because the Skateboarding language is only in English.

Well... The Essential Collection doesn't include the Persistence disc of Subsistence. So then it would be kinda pointless to get that collection. Unless you don't care about all the amazing extras.

In MGS2S on PS2 there is skateboarding at the main menu. On the XBOX version there isn't available at all.
By all other means PS2 - Skate XBOX - you just can't skate. :D
