What exactly do you mean... the video? or the music?
The music of the intro of the VR Missions (or Special Missions as you put it) is the same as the [[["METAL GEAR SOLID" Main theme]]] on the Metal Gear Solid Original Soundtrack.
I have it, but I don't know how to send it to you....
