i dont think it could be a demo of mga2 might be a special update that gives the psp metal gear solid sounds, like when you move from icon to icon... yeah...

im just talking out of nowhere... it might be the demo, it might not be... i just hope its what i said it was... and i hope they share with us

I think it would've been a demo available via the "Game Share" function of the PSP.
