I vote Refluxe. He doesn't really make noise too often in here, but his works are present all around the forum, and he does a damn good job with NGSF.
edit: if I could vote for two, I'd throw JC in there. He's a man among men.

I like his current sig and have yet to see any other work from him so ill judge him on that, i liked the style of the brushing, was really good and his sig was just something different to the general grunge sigs that people do although acid was a close runner too :)
