ORGANIZATION RULES
Avoid flaming, it creates conflict which just makes MGSF an unpleasant
place to post; if you must settle something, make sure you do it over PM or IM.
Don't spam, and especially don't feel the need to make pointless topics.
No advertising; you can put a link to a site in your signature or profile,
or if you want to prove where an image comes from or something, you can.
We consider joining this org to be a commitment you should uphold,
so being consistantly inactive for lengthy periods will
cause us to rethink your position in the org.
We reserve the right to suspend members from the org due to inactivity,
spamming, flaming or the breach of any other rule.
APPLICATIONS
If you want to apply to DEAD CELL, you should
make a post in this topic saying so.
Applying members who have been active for less than one
month must write an answer to the following question:

Acid, to rejoin dead cell you'll have to wear a probation sig for atleast a week or two so we could really notice a positive change in your post, also this is you complete last chance, any more violations and you will be permantly kicked out of Dead Cell. Sorry if this is harsh but these are the new rules and regulations of Dead Cell V2.

I m thinking about a sniper wolf picture or the end picture in my sig when im totally in. For im the sniper of the back-up team.
