Title: Suspended From School.
Description: For "stealing" a videotape.

Some may already know this because the following is copied from a post that was in the NGSF Private Chat, but I figured I'd go ahead and test out this new forum and post it here as well. So then, here we go. ;)

Yesterday I got suspended from school for the next two days along with a friend of mine for "stealing" a videotape that was meant to record the school's basketball game. I found the tape between the wall and the bleachers two days ago and since it wasn't occupied, I picked it up. It had some writing on it that was marked out with a pen, so I didn't think for a moment that it was anything important. I mean, for one thing, it was left unoccupied and looked as if it had been done away with. For another, it wasn't labeled as anything that could have given me the idea that it had belonged to the school.

Anyways, my friend wanted a look at it, so I handed it over to him and moved along. About ten minutes later, however, the gym teacher walked over and asked me if I had seen a videotape. I told him that I had found it, didn't think it was anything important, and handed it over to my friend. He sounded pretty mad and told me to go get it, so I did. When I got there though, the moron had tore the tape up and even burnt it. Even now I'm not sure why he would so something so f*cking stupid. Even if it wasn't the school's property, people would get suspicious upon finding a burnt videotape and want to know who was responsible.

Well, the teacher took the tape and yelled at us, but that was all. Then yesterday morning, we were both called out into the hall and questioned by some stupid prick who wouldn't even listen to a word I was saying. When I didn't tell him who destroyed it, he threatened me with suspension. About an hour and a half later, I was in the principal's office and getting kicked out of the school. To my surprise though, my parents aren't angry. And on the bright side, I won't be missing any work the next two days because they're the last days before the Christmas break. Heh, it's like an extended vacation, I guess you could say.

Already saw it, but I guess its a good thing, looking at the perspective of the extra holiday. My mom wouldn't get mad at me for something like that either.

Heh, I'm still not sure why he did that. He's a cool guy and all, but sometimes he does the dumbest things. And it wouldn't have been nearly as bad if he didn't burn it, because then they know he has a lighter. -_-
