I used a chrome filter ONCE on the mascot, else than that I havent used a filter.

He does have a point, though. Try to make it at least look like you brushed some of it up. Yes, I did say that they look nice, but I think a little extra effort would make this a really nice showcase for the talent at MGSF.

It's just the extra effort. I don't really care if you use filters for, say, a wallpaper, or something you showcase, but in a competition it's about skills, at least to me.
