I am the night!
That is one of the best films in existence to watch with an older male family member. Subsequently it's the worst film to watch in existence with your girlfriend.

I'm currently gearing up for a The Wire marathon.

Boyz N The Hood is on in 15 minutes on ITV4, if you haven't seen it already I suggest you do. Very powerful.

I'll post back when I watch it again.

edit: Brilliant as always. The end always gets me when Doughboy seems to realise all the shit he's done is for nothing and nobody aknowledges the stuff that goes down in the hood.

I wish Laurence Fishbourne was my dad, hehe. Might have actually taught me something.

MGSF'S DESTINY....IS TO NEVER DESTINY

Watched Yes Man earlier on today.

Surprisingly good comedy that shows that Jim Carey still has a career.

Wait, no it's not. I believed it for a second, then realised it can't be. Then at the end what Jeremy said just adds to it. I guess they just did it to add to new series views (as if they needed it)

Good episode, that FXX was freakin' fast. 7 seconds faster than the Gumpert.

I kind of had a feeling it was gonna be bollocks before I even saw the episode to be honest. I think he was The Stig just for that episode, apparently that FXX belonged to him.

I don't want to know who The Stig is anyway, I think it's more fun him being a mystery.

I just got The Machinist in the mail from Netflix. I'm pretty excited to watch it, I like Christian Bale a lot and this one always seemed interesting (mostly with the way he lost a shitton of weight for it).

So, I just finished The Machinist. It was very good - at times I found myself kind of scared, even. Bale does a great job and all, but the story is superb. Very intense. I like the Dostoevsky influence/references, too.

The Simpsons - A Fish Called Selma

"No I said he sleeps with the fishes. You see ..."
"Uh, Tony, please, no. I just ate a whole plate of dingamagoo."

Classic.

Watched the Professional with a friend last night. Probably one of my favorite films, Jean Reno and Natalie Portman are incredible together.
