If I remember correctly, its like 140.48.

Its probably whatever his codec is in MGS2 when you call him when you are playing as Raiden.

They keep the relative frequencies the same throughout all games according to the purpose of the person on the other end. 0.85 has always been the general info frequency. 0.96 has been for saving. 1.80 is for combat advice, though Miller's words were much more philosophical than Pliskin's.
I say just 0.85/0.96/1.80 because in Metal Gear 1 it was 120.85 and in every subsequent game, it was 140.85.

But it wasn't 0.48, that was the Ninja's frequency.

well.....snake spelled backwards is ekans...and ekans is the #23rd pokemon....so, since their are 150 pokemon (originals; not the new ones)...150/23...which equals his codec number is 150.23...DUH!

Yeah, if it's the same as Pliskin/Snake's codec number then I would say it is 141.80. :P

In MGS1 I'm not sure what his codec number is but its not 141.80 because that was Master Millers/Liquids codec number, but in MGS2 its 141.80.

You're going to call it and Master Miller will answer.

We really don't ever know what the codec frequency is of the main character is. We never knew what Snakes was in MGS1, Raiden's in MGS2, Naked Snake's radio frequency in MGS3, or Old Snakes frequency in MGS4. It's not really all that important, so it just was never addressed.
