No, it's only a theory that Sigint and the Donald Anderson are the same people.

It's a fairly credible theory as well given the matching timelines, the fact that Sigint joined ARPA (later known as DARPA) and the password used to unlock Sigint in MPO being DARPA-1/D+ARPA.

The reasoning for why Ocelot killed Donald Anderson in the first place would also be better explained if Sigint turned out to be Anderson.

Yes the DARPA Chief knew my identity but he's been disposed of.

Oh why was that theorized thats like thinkin Ed from the New Foxhound might be Sigint is there reason for this

Erm...not really.

Anderson looks to be around the same age as Sigint would be in the year 2005 whereas Ed (at an even later date) most certainly does not. The amount of evidence is actually pretty significant (the password alone is a huge validation, if not a definitive one).

Password? I probably know what you're talking about, but my mind has gone completely blank.

In the EU version, to unlock Sigint via password, it's D+ARPA and in the North American version of PO it's DARPA-1 (if I'm remembering correctly ^_^ ).

I dunno....the DARPA cheif doesn't look anything like Sigint, nor sound or act like him - but I suppose the counter arguement for that is 'Kojima didn't create Sigint when he made MGS1 and so didn't have him in mind'

Yes and Ocelot today doesn't sound or act anything like young Ocelot did either.

It's because it was 40 years ago. Darpa Chief was probably between his late 50's to early 60's, while Sigint was only 24.

I think it's all pointing to Sigint being Donald Anderson, I mean Sigint isn't really a major character, so what reason would Kojima have to point all the evidence to him being the dead Donald Anderson and just prove him to be someone else?

I think Sigint is also the DARPA Chief, it's quite possible.

It is possible that Sigint is the Darpa Chief just like the person above me said.
But there is always another way, Kojima is known for making surprise shit in his games so I don't have a clue about Sigint being the Darpa Chief or not. :)

IF you remember at the end of MGS3 it said sigint joins ARPA, few years later ARPA is changed to DARPA so its highly possable that signt is the DARPA chief.

You should keep this in the MGS4 spoiler section. Not everyone has played MGS4.

This is pushing offtopic tbh. When kojima wrote mgs1, none of this signit business even existed.

And that is the way I'll always look at mgs1 from now on.
