I was walking through gamestop the other day and saw Acid and Acid 2 for 10 and 15 dollars. I didnt get them because I got MLB the Show instead but I'm still thinking about getting them. But does it really matter?

Also, Its hard to find Acid in stores, would it be all right if I got Acid 2 first, then later got Acid?

they are fun, and have a real strategic element to them. Its a pretty slopw start tho, so expect some time, acid can really burn a hole in you patients. i recommend doing it while doing something else

To get everything we want, we have to lose everything we got. A shame, isn't it?

yeah it is fun once you have enough good cards to kick ass, it drags abit at the beginning and it takes ages trying to skip dialog (once youve completed the game ofcourse). i mostly play it on breaks at college or on the bus or train.

I just picked this up for $10 at Gamestop. Only beat the first mission so far, but it seems like I'm in for a good story. As of now, the gameplay doesnt seem like it will be fun. :snake:

I think the game really picks up when you meet up with Teliko. It's also fun to see some of the various cards from other games Hideo had a hand in.

i thaught it was worth it if you like Metal Gear games and turn base RPGs you'll probably like it but if you dont have patience don't get it.

On the track of a great adventure

I bought Ac!d 2 yesterday. Fairly impressed. A bit irritating though.

The game would be fun if:

It wasn't to do with Snake
When all the enemies are dead, you can run around freely.

Argh, I hate having to make one character wait 7 times because another character has accumulated a hefty 30 WAIT.

The games are kind fun. My ACID!2 was european, so it came with 3D goggles and you can split the screen. Most of the movies you get to watch are just Japanese models posing for the camera. Pretty rubbish really, since the director of this satire is a total joke.

Get it if you want, but I don't like those sort of games.

I bought this ages ago and didn't like it, however I started playing it the other day, and its strangely AMAZING, Its much better than when I played it first time round. I'm playing it in the long wait for portable ops here in the UK <_<

Yeah, the gameplay was really annoying at first, but then it was kinda fun, watching a plan fall into place once you send it into action. Unloading a whole clip into the enemy is very fun to watch too. MGA2 was the horrible one.

The only problem I have with it is how you have to use cards to move. That's really annoying, especially when there aren't any enemies to worry about. They could have made it free roam.

I think the thing I most took for granted was the graphics, in comparison to other games around on the psp at that time, they were pretty good|!

Its fun if you are patient, but if you want fast action gameplay you would get frustrated as the gameplay is really slow.

I bought the Ac!d because I heard that you could get stealth in MGS3, but it didn't work and I didn't like the turn based thing. But when I found out that with saves from Ac!d and Ac!d 2 you'd get unique characters in MPO, I thought it was an okay buy. I'm actually considering buying MGA2 to get Venus.
