Simple question, out of curiosity. Ironically, mine is Python, the first boss :ph43r: I never had ( or at least, I dont have anymore) major problems with bosses in this game, even on extreme difficulty. But Python really piss me off with his grenades, you never know where the hell they're gonna explode. He's also annoying with his machinegun fire (thats when he says ''Come get some'' or '' Show me what youve got!'') even on normal difficulty. Im running, jumping around, hiding behind crates, he still hit me, his bullets fly all over the place, you cant dodge them, and they hurt so bad, my 120 HP Ocelot dies in no time at all ( lol Im talking about Ocelot like if he was a Pokemon) Plus I still havent found that godamm radiator in the level. I thought that maybe it would be near that red corner in the main boss room, but no. If you have any tricks about how to accomplish a perfect fight against Python, it would be appreciated. Who's the boss you hate the most? |

Null, no matter how many times I try I can't beat him without dying more than once Not to mention expending the majority of my Mk22 ammo... git |

Gene REALY piss me off with that charge thing. I hate dodging it and somtimes i cant hide in time. and an easy way to kill pyton is to get a shotgun, hide behind a wall (like up the ramp) and shoot him when he comes past.

Hey david the best way to defeat python is to keep circling him not getting too close to get your gear frozen, if you lock on and circle when he shoots he'll miss also you can have a chance to hit him once he's stopped. Use mk22 or if you've already got him use a scorpion and take some extra bullets just incase, you also have time to reload when he's rapid firing and then shoot him afterwards. I hope that helped |

None of the bosses were that bad. Gene was a bitch for me the first time on hard, but he is relatively easy now. SPOILERS: Python- run around in circles and shoot him with the shotty every chance you get Null x2- Hide and wait for him to lower his guard and then jump out and blast him. RAXA- Run around until you get a chance, and then shoot it with the RPG, then run around some more. Cunningham- strafe back and forth firing the M63 and he is easy as shit. Gene- Basically the same as Null. Hide and then wait for him to lower his guard and then shoot him with the shotgun. END SPOILERS |

The shotgun doesnt work very well at extreme difficulty. I normally use the Mark22 to kill him by stamina drain. But thanks anyway for your answer
Yeah thats what I do , it actually works very well until he starts firing with his heavy machinegun (he has two types of fire, Im talking about the very loud and fast one) with the bullets flying all over the place, there is no aiming , he manages to hit you wherever you go even when youre far away and running, and if I try getting out of the room in time, I run into a wall and Im stuck there then die in a shower of bullets. |

I think this thread title should be changed to something like "which boss do you find the hardest?" Mine is Gene, it took me about 3 hours non stop of being killed untill I finally got him. I didn't know you could just stand there and shoot him when he raises his hand to throw the knives at first. The thing I did to drain most of his health was run behind something when he was about to charge, then run out quickly and blast him with the RPG7. |

Easily Gene, first time I played him was like WTF. To much post processing with the whole screen blur. Considering I was on a nonstop gaming binge when I got this game, and it was 5 in the morning with no sleep... |

right, Gene was hard, but when you dodge his charge attack, you get the satisfaction to shoot him in the butt with your SVD lol and it hurts |

LOLZ... yeah the boss was pretty easy it was just that dang Post Processing that gave that stupid screen stretch around the center of the screen that gave the battle an illusion of being hard, It just ticked me off... |

Null. The second fight against him is a bitch, mind you I generally try to kill all the bosses by stamina. At least the first time you fight him you have more places to hide under and better visibility to shoot his feet with the Mk22 or Mosin N. Pretty much all the others are easy as pie. Gene is difficult, but like "fun-difficult", not "f*** you!-difficult". |

right, gene is difficult, but in a moe challenging way. Not in a frustrating way. RAXA pisses me off with it's homing bombs. And I've found out that the sniper rifle is FAWK**N effective against Python. He's not that sucky when you have him on your team, he has quite a lot of HP and is rated Super in assault rifles. |

python: hide in the stacked crates in the bottom of the first floor that are arrange in an 'L' shape. this way you'll be able to dodge his bullets. null: use M37, go behind corners, when he comes round, surprise attack him. each corner has to be 'fresh' meaning he doesn't know you're there, for the one at the substation, go into the building which houses the generator.many corners there.rule of thumb, shotgun, and never fight him face on. raxa:kill the legs first, then the 'wings'.easy enough.dive to avoid missiles and stay behind crates to dodge bullets. Gene: quick hand raise= one throw. slow= many. shoot him when he's quickly raising his hand, and when he just finishes shooting a lot at you, and also when he just charges. to avoid, just always stay near something you can hide behind, like that lone computer in the corner. if you can't just wait a while and dive, use your gut, you may be able to get away. cunningham: use rpgs to bring his machine down, then use an auto weapon, auto lock. should be easy. did i miss anything? for me its gene. p.s so sorry for double post, lagging com. mgspo online nick is TKT,btw. |

For me, most of the bosses were easy, except for gene on extreme mode, I cant count how many times I died on the last boss before I actually beat extreme mode. As a tip, keep some distance, because at short range, its just about imposible to dodge his charge, and on extreme mode it is a one hit kill. |
