Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater	Actually, you could just save during your fight with The End, quit the game, go to OPTIONS in your Sony Playstation 2 or 3 console, and change the date to exactly 1 week forward, save the changes, start the game, load your saved file against The End, and the cut-scene should occur.

Oh an who could forget "The Quick Version", probably in between the best and the second best...if that's possible.
