I am a noob to MGS. I have played through the game on the normal level and loved it. I have a problem though - I have started another game to try to get some more of the awards, but when I get to where you meet the Mk2 in Act 1, I don't get any of the weapons/camo/etc that I had by the end of the previous run through. Do I have to start another game in a different manner in order to get this to work? |

on acts 1 and 2 when the pmcs are fighting the rebels you can just kill the few pmcs in the area to win the fight for the rebels,but is there a way to stop the rebels from respawning constantly so that the pmcs win on some areas the pmcs and the rebels will both respawn all the time but neither side wins the fight cause it never stops but on most areas there are only a few pmcs but tons of rebels,why is this?

'Corpse' Camo? Damn it i seriously need to put my PS3 online, im missing loads. Please dont tell me im the only one with this problem, but im trying to get the 'Big Boss' rating, but everytime i get to Act 3, on the Bike part, even though i dont shoot a single bullet OR tranquilizer round, some how i keep managing to kill 5 people...its really pissing me off, can some one help? |

if you didn't kill anyone in act3 you must have in act 1 or 2 also you get corpse camo by getting the chicken emblem @Gorly-corpse camo works all the time as long as your playing dead,if an enemy spots you and comes over to check it out,lay down and play dead then they will check your body and say "that's a confirmed kill" or something like that,but the rebels don't say anything when they check you even if you have an alert and the enemy sees you in front of them just lay down,play dead and equip corpse camo,they check you then call off the alert |

Well then it seems im guna have to try it all again, i dont mind because i love following that guy around for like an hour and a half cos he gets scared if he see's his own bloody shadow!...Oh wait, nobody likes him... The 1911 Custom. It's probably the best all round pistol in the game. It has a higher firing rate and is very powerful. It's also the same weapon that Big Boss had (the exact same) and from what I've seen, if you have it in a full inventory, the Operator wont replace it. |

Not for me, I've gone from beginning to end with a full weapons inventory without having the Operator force out another weapon, whilst having the 1911 in there. |

hold L1 as if to aim then push left analog left or right and hold X,you can then release L1 and left analog and just hold down X to keep moving |

I found the only time I've ever rolled is online, when someone throws you to the ground and tries to head shot you, it's only worked a few times though, you're pretty much dead if they pin you up against the wall. |
