As some of you may know, Sad and I announced on the latest podcast that MGSF is in the process of building its own Metal Gear Solid website for information and resources. KingFrost, the man behind the website's creation, needs some help content-wise for the site. He is going to do at least Portable Ops, Metal Gear Acid 2, and one other game; this means he's going to need content for the rest of the games. I'm talking about plot summaries, character bios, boss guides, weapon descriptions, unlockables, extras in the director's cut of the game, and anything else you can think of! If you think you can help us with that, please show us what you can do. The thing is, however, if you're going to go out of your way to help us in writing up material for the site, we ask you to at least put the effort into having good grammar and such - we can't really stress this point enough. Also, we ask that we don't just look at another website and steal their content. We don't want to be rude or anything, but if it is felt that your writing abilities are lacking or you just read Wikipedia and randomly summarized things, we will not use it for the website. At the end of the day, KingFrost and the staff are merely trying to give the website a good start when it launches, and as such, we'll reject any poor material people show us. We know the MGSF community likes to help out with certain things, so in this event, please do - we're literally going to need as much help as possible. Post here what you think you can/want to do. KingFrost will also private message you, if he chooses to do so (don't worry, he won't bite... hard). Another thing we'll be needing is letters for the 'Questions and Answers' Column for the website. So private message him if you wish your letter to be featured in the very column of the website. Q&A Column will start off as once a week, and if the column gets popular, we'll do twice a week. So send those letters in. Also, if we like the content of certain users, we may just ask them to come on board as staff members for the website; it will be a group decision made between KingFrost and some of the other staff. Fact is, we're going to need help and staff, so if you think have what it takes - go for it. Nevertheless, if you do write content, and we decide to use it but don't ask you to join the staff for some reason or another, there will be a 'Thank You / Credit Page' acknowledging your work. That's pretty much it. So, thank you for your time, and please help us in creating the first ever website for MGSF. -KingFrost & Tamashi |

I can do some retrospectives, but that's been covered already by gametrailers and the hundreds of morons on Youtube. I can make some rather funny walkthroughs of MG1 and MG2 in the style of Slowbeef. I can make serious straight-to-the-point no bullshit walkthroughs for MGS1 and MGS2. I'm sure I could think of some others, but I'm not incredibly 'with it' at this particular moment. |

I'll improve the FAQ's I made for MGS1 (PSX), MGS2 and MGS3. Anyone who knows something that needs to be mentioned in them, please let me know so I can add it and later send the completed FAQ's to KingFrost. I will also make Weapon Descriptions with pictures. There should also be FAQ's on the other games. Maybe only the canon games? But for sure MG, MG2, MPO, MGS2 Substance and MGS3 Subsistence. Good thing you made a topic for this, now a lot of people will be actively working to help the site get up faster

If you can enter something, do it, even if you're not sure it's 100% complete. With a series as complex as MGS, it'll be hard for any one person to get everything straight. |

Hmm, I'll have a pop at character bios for MG and MG 2 characters, but I'll make it so they link up with MGS as well. I.E. Miller will have a mention of his fate.

I'd gladly make some plot summaries of any of the games, or a list of unlockables for each game. Actually, if needed, I'd be more than happy to make a summary of the Making of MGS2 (and MGS4 if eventually desired) special discs. Those who haven't seen them can thus read up a bit and get a broader perspective on Kojima's intents for MGS. |
