Hmm... Not a bad choice at all. I listen to a lot of epic kind of metal, but usually the lyrics don't really go that well into modern war, but atleast the epic feel is there! I'm quite happy with the original MGS music as it is tho. |

brothers in arms by dire straits is a good song. countdown to extinction - megadeth addicted to chaos - megadeth for whom the bell tolls - metallica sword of the warrior - cacophony (for fox and raiden) stranger in a strange land - iron maiden soldier of fortune - deep purple these are just a few. there are a lot of songs that when i'm listening to them see them applied to metal gear solid. btw disposable heroes is a great choice. |

'When Darkness Falls' - 'Killswitch Engage' The songs fast and slow but always alive with Bass and Beat, and seems MGS4 is based on a war, im sure the Heavyness of the song would fit just fine, besides that, you know Liquids theory about Shadows of Beasts and Light? Well the chorus (for those who aint heard it) quotes 'When Darkness Falls, We Are Reborn!' Which i think fits quite well. |

Pearl Jam in MGS? :/ Why's everyone picking metal or cheesy metal-genre bands lol, that's just what you like, how would it fit in with MGS songs such as Encounter or Snake Eater? Can't think of much atm, Blackout by Muse would be decent for MGS1 or 4. Edited by Sybris, Jul 30 2008, 09:36 PM.

theres nothing wrong with metal and Pearl Jam.. i think some Pearl Jam songs would fit well into some of the cut scenes in the MGS series. |
