Rose: You'll ruin your eyes playing so close to the TV. Raiden: What are you talking about!? Colonel: Raiden. Something happened to me last Thursday when I was driving home. I had a couple of miles to go. I looked up and saw a glowing orange object in the sky, to the east. It was moving very irregularly. Suddenly, there was intense light all around me, and when I came to... I was home. What do you think happened to me? Raiden: Huh?? Colonel: Fine... Forget it! Funniest thing about that part was that I was sitting like 2 meters away from the TV, so I didn't even know how to react when she said I was playing close to the TV xD

At the time, I was literally right up close to the screen and they said that I was like, "Shit, how the heck did they know I was up close?!" Metal Gear Solid	haha seems like most of you were freaked out about the ufo thing and sitting too close to the television.. me too. i had been playing metal gear all day, starting with the first one. I mustve been playing 15 hours straight at that point. The lights off, it was about 3am, i was home alone, a little buzzed too (shhh), and sure enough sitting 4 ft from the tv when Campbell said that. To top it off, as he mentioned the orange light in the sky, i looked out the window and a plane (i think) flew by. . . i was definitely tripping out. I actually thought for a split second that i was about to be abducted and they were f'ing with game.. it was definitely the most interesting experience ive ever gotten out of a videogame before.
