 Here's me doing Boss Extreme.I was hoping to try and get it under 10 hours but I had a little more trouble than I thought with Liquid at the end.

Lets liven this up a little, this was not a speedrun but was a sort of "test drive" I have only one good video part to show agaianst Vamp and thats on youtube, otherwise sub 3 hours maybe 2:50 would be a good speedrun time. Interestingly I find something today, As soon as you are stabbed or punched and fall to the floor, quickly hit "triangle" and rather than falling to the floor Snake will counter and quickly do a roll and get back to his feet. probably old news now but I don't think that technique was mentioned in the briefing menus. looks quite cool. |

Awesome job, Adnan. I downloaded videos one through five or six so far, but I plan on watching the whole run eventually. Looks pretty good. I must say I'll probably borrow a technique or two from you when I go for the Big Boss rank myself  Also, I hadn't heard about hitting triangle when you fall to the floor to counter/roll out. Great find. Edit: For whatever reason I thought Adnan was Tyndis. Disregard what I said about watching your vids, Adnan

I finished the campaign on my 12th playthrough in 2 hours 47 minutes and 43 seconds. I'm uploading a tutorial to youtube now. Im currently playing through again as i believe it is possible to complete within 2 hours 30. |

Hmmmm.... I'm thinking your actually Tyndis? I saw his speedruns on YouTube and that was awesome, the time was great, minor improvements could be made off course. But I'm thinking your Tyndis, and you have another original account? Shame he got banned though, speedruns were kickass. And there is a EDIT button if you haven't seen it yet, but you don't have to lie if your Tyndis or not. I'll be posting a speedrun soon, when I finish my current TBE run. |

I'm currently on a Big Boss run, just started Act 3 and my time at the end of Act 2 was 1:10:46. Having trouble working out any decent strategies for Act 3, though, as it's such a slow act and there has to be ways to speed him up or go ahead of him. Problem is I don't even know the route, since this is the first time I've done this on Extreme (got Foxhound on Big Boss Hard on my 3rd playthrough - first attempt at that emblem - but I don't know if the route is the same...). Anyone got any tips for Act 3? Cheers. |
