OK, i didn't saw topic like this in leaderboards, is it is anywhere else - excuse me. I would like to share with you (and you to share with me) ways to beat easily and fast bosses from MGS PO. I mastered (?:) lethal beat ways: Python First - shot him with shotgun as he runs towards you. Then throw stun using FPV mode on him. He'll be getting up and stun will blow, then you just have to throw stuns at him checking his position on radar and sometimes turn slightly left/right. It's safe and pretty fast method. Null #1 He have 2 weakness: shotgun and RPG-7. I prefer RPG-7 becouse you can have distance. Use tactical reload (default - 2 times O) to reload RPG faster. At the beginning run forward to the edge of platform, rotate yourself 180*, equip RPG-7 and kill him using tactical reload. Raxa Everyone know how to beat her: first destroy legs and then shot at orange rocket launcher (wait for her to open shields on RL). Run near wall there are heat ammo and you can avoid machine gun and some of rockets (rest of them avoid by roll) Null #2 First of all - jump down. Then wait untill Null will be near. Then throw Stun (and immedietly choose shotgun), he'll get "!" mark and start to run. Then shot him with sg. You can also try RPG-7 but this time it's harder. Cunningham Stand near the railings, equipd M63, press L1 and then [] and some cigarette (but be aware - he sometimes throws grenades) Gene Well here i only know that when he does his speech throw stun and you shot him with sg when it's possible. And my equipement for soldiers: 1 - Stun, Shotgun (there are 2 in game, i prefer M870), RPG-7, body armor 2 - the same 3 - Stun, M63, Body Armor, M63 ammo 4- Stun, M63, Body Armor, Shotgun/RPG-7 Practice with this setup becouse you can only change while one guy is dead (fortunettly you can choose any1 from living squad). These tips are not to good, i hope some1 will help me with making REALLY good methods for Boss Rush. |

It was kind of hard for me to give you any feedback on this actually, without spoiling the game for myself, as I haven't even reached first boss yet, something I plan to do quite shortly. Anyway, I haven't really read it, but it looks well-set out, and I'm sure you know what you're doing. Thanks for this guide anyway, I will finally give you some feedback when I know what exactly I'm doing and what you are talking about.  I'm sorry I didn't reply sooner, and that this reply isn't exactly helping you out in a any way. I just wanted to say that your work here is appreciated, and I will definitely try to help you out when I have completed PO and played some Boss rush, though I'm sure you will be a lot better than me.I am also sure there are a lot of good PO players on this forum, perhaps some of them can help you out with this. |

Thanks for reply IBS61;-) I was offline some time becouse i was making-over my home (but not like 'extreme makeover' show:) Unfortunettly i don't have PS2 right now (my own is dead becouse of laser, and i rather would like to spend money on PS3) but i have PSP and PSX still. I just plugged PSX to my TV and i'll try to start Big Boss run. How's Your MPO Boss Rush? I'm sure it would be A LOT easier if we could use DS not PSP... |

For boss rush I recommend using body armour, RPG-7, M870 and a M63 on all soldiers. For Python just use shotgun and everytime he gets up shoot him back down again as soon as he aims his gun. Both times with Null just aimed the M63 at him and then fire shots one at a time until he turns away to run and then shoot him in the back. Also I sometimes use the M870 and hide behind the crates (on the second encounter) and wait for him to fire his gun three times and when he reloads pop out and shoot. RPG-7 only use for RAXA really unless you can with any other boss. For Cunningham use the M63 and dont worry about ammo as some spawn on the elevator your on. With Gene just the M870 in the back everytime he rushes at you or everytime he goes to throw knives. The body armour obviously for protection. |

If You use only stuff You mentioned You can get hurt i think...or maybe you can't? And what with time? I think it'sll be hard to get good time with M63 only. Tell me more about this plz, maybe we can make some good FAQ together. Also - what about Gene's speech if You don't took Stuns and can't use rations? BTW - im fighting Gene on extreme (no BR, scenario gameplay) and... damn rush-fire-attack, almost kills my best soldier with 1 hit and have only 15 large medkits...any good ideas?:) Or maybe some videos? |

Shotgun 3 times breaks his speech I think but it increases each time. Well thats how I did Boss Rush on MGS:PO but on PO+ its a lot easier with the higher life/stamina soldiers. And with Gene, I hide behind the square thing in the corner and like make sure he can't see me and eventually he will turn away to walk back or rush and already you are hid from it so you can fire a shot off.
