Jeez, you must attract the cheaters! -Or perhaps you just use this thread to give players that you don't like, a bad name?  I assure you, salmon traitor and Th3ar2.0 are not the same person. I've been in games when they have both been present. Also, this is a cheater report topic. I can guarantee you that your sources are completely unfounded: 1. salmon traitor has no survival history on his stats (trust me, he's on my blocklist and I've looked at his stats numerous times). Therefore, he cannot possibly deathloop (deathloops were only possible in Survival). He seems to also lack expansion packs (and therefore the ability to even play Survival). 2. Th3ar is on my PSN friend list, and only ever plays MGO on Japanese servers (his online PSN status has always read 'Playing METAL GEAR ONLINE' (JAPAN server), not 'Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns Of The Patriots' (EU/NA servers). I highly doubt that anybody is stupid enough to deathloop on Japanese servers, and i highly doubt that you play MGO on that server. Basically, I doubt that you have seen him deathloop/lagswitch there. So please, use this topic for its proper purpose. Don't just use it to slander people that you may have a personal problem with. i must also put this in that there IS NO DLing anymore, for those who dont know. ANYWAY, back on topic. The clan Blue Bandits (i dont know if that is their name) their clan emblem is a guy with a blue beret. they are notorious for LSing. i have fought them on multiple occasions and 80% of the time they lag switch. im not saying all of them do, just most of them. cus i did actually meet one that didnt glitch. |

The BB's huh? They're god damn good... Even if they don't cheat....they're legitimate Doberman Ranks... Mother of God... I dunno, I have yet to see them glitch/LS. I remember them talking about moving over to the JAPANESE server too. |

I had one of my best games against a team of Blue Bandit's in TSNE when 2 people on my team got d/c'd (4v6). I was only a level 13-14 at the time. We started on offense and I slammed + knifed three of them before returning the target to our goal. We then proceeded to own them once more in the second round, still 4v6. Judging from that, I didn't think they were too bad of lag-switchers, but I was playing in a game with Zerrum one time and he claims he played with them and they LS'd when he was with them, so I wouldn't be surprised if they do. |

yes i have been in multiple games with them and in almost all of them they glitched and lag switched. so i am always wary when im in the same room with them. |

I'd just like to raise a point that you shouldn't report players for camping. I'm constantly playing games where players call others cheaters because they storm the spawn point. |

Agreed. Reports of 'camping' are utterly pathetic. I don't recall seeing a section in the MGO Terms of Agreement that says anything remotely like: -Thou shall not stay perched on the roof of Urban Ultimatum, shooting players who happen to climb up the ladder. Its truly pathetic. MGO is meant to be a game where hiding, camping, cunning and killing are all intertwined. But alas, those who moan about it have turned a Metal Gear title into a "Let's run around recklessly, tapping L2 to box-dodge, and pop out with headshots" game. Its a sad state of affairs. People who don't like camping should go back to their FPS games IMHO. |

pretty much what they said, i agree with. people who cheat ruin the game for everyone, even themselves, for they will eventually get caught and banned. it is most frustrating for the players like us that work hard for our skills and want to have fun |

Just remember... Cheaters aren't the ones that play tournaments for money. It's the legit players. Cheaters have absolutely no chance to be recognized by everyone and they're all wanna-be RYU's in my opinion. |

Agreed. Cheaters played a big part in the wound that MGO gave me (as well as the community itself as a whole, to be fair). Cheaters are scumbags. The saddest thing about cheaters, is that the vast majority of them actually don't see anything wrong with their ways. I've said it before, and I'll say it again. In my view, cheating is like the Dark Side in Star Wars. They become frustrated (namely at the fact that they suck ass when playing legitimately), and give into their anger and frustration by choosing the easy way out (the Dark Side/Cheating). The Dark Side has little honour, requires no challenge, and only thirsts for more power. One somebody has turned to it, there is no chance for them to go back. Henceforth, once people give in to cheating, it becomes a normality to them. They see no error in their underhanded and power hungry ways, and actually believe that they are in the right. The one difference between cheaters and Sith Lords however, is that Sith Lords are still badass (Darth Vader), whereas cheaters are sad twats. |
