I have beaten this game before, So a couple days ago I decided to replay all the MGS. So on MGS2 (Hard) I am having trouble beating Vamp in the pool area. Any tips? Damn I suck |

Yeah he's probably the hardest boss. You don't suck at all. Place claymores on the ground when vamp runs toward you he'll run into the claymores, and it'll save you from losing damage. Also you could fire grenades with the grenade launcher into the pool whilst he's swimming in it, he runs into the grenades and loses a bit of health, I think that only works once, after that it just brings him to the surface. Also when he throws those are orange glowy things that make you stand still, duck when he throws the knives at you to avoid them. Plus he sits still in the pool for a few seconds when the fight starts, so get out your most powerful weapon and blast him. Oh and don't use a rifle to fight him use the socom and get headshots it's the best option. Good luck and take it slow. Oh and how old are you may I ask?  Yes, you do.The best tactic for this is to shoot him, and avoid his attacks. Simple, yet affective.  This reminds me of a certain friend of mine, not mentioning names, lets just call him J Askey. No thats too obvious, Joe A. He has alot of trouble with this, until he realised that his gun wasn't firing due to lack of ammo, yes, he truly does suck at this game.
