Although not a twin of Solid and Liquid (they were born before him) he does have the same face as them... I mean come on! The president of the USA! Liquid and Solid don't have a tv or something?

And nobody stepped up to solid or liquid saying 'what the... you look just like the president!' Solid I can understand not watching tv... but Liquid seemed to be pretty up to date in terms of politics (haha this is a weird/funny discussion)

He retired after Zanzibarland and left for Alaska, so i doubt he would have met Solidus.
