If you don't know already, if you hang around for 3 minutes after relieving a Beauty of her outer shell, you get transported to a mystical 'White World' where upon equipping the Digital Camera, the Beauty will... pose, for you. The idea behind this is to upload any 'sweet' photos you've taken, and then we'll all vote on which on is the best- looks the coolest, that is. The rules are no ass shots, because I know you'll all have taken a hundred of those, and no editing the photo outside what you can do in-game. Pictures will be judged on composition, framing, (those may or may not be the same thing) quality etc. Just take the photos, 'upload' them to your PS3, then either post them from there or snag 'em on a USB, put it on your computer, and go from there. Anyway, here's my two pixelated entries:

Here are mine, I only have 5 which I would call good. The others are nice ass-shots  Raging Beauty 1 Raging Beauty 2(Almost Exactly the Same) Raging Beauty 3 Crying Beauty 1 Crying Beauty 2 Laughing Beauty Only 1 I think can be entered for the final, so I'll have to make a choice. |

Sorry that it took so long for me to post these but laziness gets the best of me in many situations... ...this contest is no exception. First off, I think the contest is a great idea and I think it would be fun to have similar contests in the future for things like "Funniest Photo" or "Best Composition" and the like... ...anyway, i'm not going to throw up all the ones I took of the B&B but here are some of my favorites. These three are part of my close-up series... :   I was really entranced by their eyes when I was taking the photos so I just decided to do extreme close-ups on them. The final one of Crying Wolf was done because I just think it's profound to look at the Beauties in a different light then they normally are. Anyway, this next shot is of Screaming Mantis and I wanted to get shot of her... well, screaming... it turned out to be really awesome:  Finally, I come back to Crying Wolf, once again... with my actual submission for the contest (if you're still planning on doing it [which I think you should]) which is a shot of her coming at me at high speed in the snowstorm. The image was scary enough in it's original form, I almost just exported it without touching the settings at all but when I started messing around with the settings, I found that the finished product was a lot more eerie than it started with:  So, yeah, I really had to tweak every setting there was to get it right... I wanted the "technicolor" background to stand out so the beauty would contrast with the negative space she created with her body. I wanted her to look like a ghost. The exported picture really doesn't do the image justice but you get the idea... when I look at it, in-game on my HDTV, the colors are like a rainbow in the background. Anyway, there's my submission and since you didn't really give a final word on how many you can officially submit, i'd like to submit that photo of Screaming Mantis... screaming... as my second choice for a submission. Thanks for doing the contest... really mixes things up in the Leaderboards section. |

Nice job! I don't have a second controller yet or I would attempt some more complicated things but that's a awesome shot you got there. And, yeah, I think it's still going but it needs a lot more entries. |

I have taken quite a few pictures of the beauty's but Im not sure if they are worth posting now. As anyone else ever going to post more or are we going to judge what we have even? Otherwise we can just change the name of the topic to Beauty and the beast pictures, but then it doesn't really belong in here. |

Comatoes, that last one is very eerie and cool. Quite evocative of survival horror, or a surreal horror film. I think I might even want to make it my background. BosaBoss, that does indeed look quite like a love scene from a film. I'm glad somebody is finally doing something like this. I don't believe I'll submit anything, though. |

Thank you, Entity. I kinda like it, myself. =) This competition really fell off the radar but it could still be great if people get inspired and get some entries in. I really liked this contest because I like the Leaderboards section but I don't think I really have the skill required to try out any of the other competitions. I hope God decides to pick it back up again... i'd really like to see your entries, as well, skywalker. |
