I don't know how to answer this. I prefer to be alone most of the time, unfortunately I'm always getting dragged to do this and that though. By alone I mean just me not wanting to always hang out with friends though. I prefer to be at home with just my girlfriend and I. Unfortunately my friends like to just walk in like Squiggy. (sp) |

I am alone and lonely. I have no friends and I enjoy it. I've lost faith in other people and keep to myself more then ever now. But at the same time, I yearn for a soul mate. But that's something I don't want to get into.  I'm not scared of as so much I don't see a need for circle of friends. |

I'm a loner, but by choice like a lot of other people. Before i was a loner and alone, but i've changed and can make friends quite easily now (most times). I like to be alone, i need peace to relax and like listening to music to relax, but if people keep badgering me while i'm trying to listen i can't stand it. Although i have a good few friends now, i've fallen out with a few (one who i thought was my best friend), but only for the right reasons. Being a loner lets you think about everything and everyone so i could and can easily see people for who they really are. |

I donno iAn, I was always a loner. back when I was kid to high school, In high school I was well known and popular with people a pretty large group of people but always a loner. It just ment they knew me and I didnt know them. |

In highschool I wasn't exactly alone but I wasn't popular either. In a majority of my classes I was quiet and too myself unless I had a few friends in them. Hell right now I only have like 4, not including my girlfriend, friends of my age. And then like 5-6 Friends older than me(by 10+ years). But they're all friends that would die for me. |

Well I have a fairly large circle of friends in High School, and I see what you meant about social groups trying to rob someone's dignity, but its playful banter. Although it can go way too far sometimes. I woudn't say I'm a loner at all. Sometimes I end up wishing I was though. |

I'm a loner. In all honesty, I've never been very good at making friends in RL. And most girls I approach quickly either scamper away or do or say something horrible that makes me quickly scamper away. |

I used to be a loner, about 2 years ago. Had a few friends, and that was it. But now I'm not a loner at all anymore. Gained a lot of friends, and even more just by moving. Now I'm rarely alone. But that kinda sucks too, cause it's so good to just stress down and be by yourself a day or two. =) But I guess all I can say to those who are loners is that if it bothers you a little, just try to go out sometime, with some friends, and just hang out, meet people, and have fun =) That is, if it bothers you ;p Cause it did to me 2 years ago... |

I'm a loner. I have friends, but hardly ever see them, and I don't like most of them. 90% or more of the time, I'm alone. But I don't mind. As Soriddo said, we're alone anyway. However, I want to find my special someone, with a mutual love. |

I'm not a loner, Mondays-Thursdays and until 3PM on Friday's I cannot really go out with friends, considering it's a "school-night" *sigh*. Anyways, I manage to stay away from the "cool" kids that like to do weed because they think they're cool but they're really the biggest retards I know...But I'd say I have a lot of good friends that like to hang out, go on EXTREME!!! bike trips, play soccer, go to the beach etc. Personally, I prefer life this way then smoking weed just to be "cool". That's how it is in my school anyway, if you're aiming for popularity. |

I've been a loner my whole life, and even though i have a girlfriend i still consider myself a loner. Pretty much my whole life i've really never had any friends that have been like 'My best friend for 10 years' i've never had a friend over 2 years max so i've pretty much been hanging out with different people all my life and sometimes it's uncomfortable for me becuase i'd like to have a single group to stay with but it's just me. I simply am not a very sociable person, i simply most of the time dont like what people do which is nowadays the assholish things people do and i am not very friendly in meeting me. But once people get to know me i am actually a very sensitive person who wants to make a difference in the world somehow yet it's so hard doing it alone. My family and i dont really have a real relationship, with my older sister i havent talked to her in 4 years and one of my younger brothers i havent talked to for 5. My younger brother is yet another *club* jerk who has a different gf every week what a sleezbag. My sister is a bitch where if she doesnt get what she wants she cries and is a bitch over it. My dad abandoned my family stealing my 16th bday car with him(meaning i have to take a city BUS to college...) and my mom is a nurse caring for 4 kids yet she barely gives a crap about how we feel. My youngest brother though...he looks up to me as a hero. Me and him play MGS/ other games together and have been for awhile. I dont want to let myself down cause i want to at least set a good example for him...he doesn't have a dad to take care of him... So yeah that pretty much explains how MUCH of a loner i really am... |
