Hayter was a special guest a Anime Convention this weekend in LA. He held a panel discussion. Basically, fans asked him about MGS, say this or that, and just random questions like what would it sound like if Snake fought Batman? I haven't watched all the videos so I don't know if there are any spoilers. So watch out your own risk. David Hater w00t! |

Haha awesome that he got an awesome reference in XD I read 1UP's writeup of this but I'll have to check Egoraptors blog as I've heard he's bagged an interview with him. He was also on the Evil Avatar podcast although I haven't listened to it yet so I'll post more when I have. He comes across like a great guy though considering how good he is with the fans (even towards fans who's questions just make you want to facepalm/cringe). Mmmh judging from an interview of him I've just read, I'm not really feeling much sympathy for Hayter. I do approve of his voice for Snake, it sounds perfect. But I don't like at all his personality. He doesn't seem to have understood much of MGS? |

He may have voiced Snake, and he understands Snake, which is needed to provide a good voice for him, but he isn't obligated to enjoy or play the games. What I love about Hayter is he is such a down to earth and nice guy, he isn't big headed at all that he voices one of the most loved and recognised characters in gaming. And the amount of times he puts himself out to his fans earns my respect 1000 times over. |

Mr. Hayter seems to be a very cool guy really, he seems like he can fit in easily anyone's group of friends. I really do enjoy all his interviews he has a certain charm to him that msot voice actors don't have. |

I really enjoyed reading that, and watching those vids. Like people above me said, he seems like a extremely nice guy, who would fit into everyones crowd. If he would be coming in Amsterdam to do something like this, I would definetely go, meeting him would be awesome. |
