Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots	Does anybody know exactly how to get soldiers with s3 skills and at least 400hp soldiers? i really need help in order to step up in online play especially when i step out and im already dead from a headshot.

Do it again and I'll report you. I don't think it is possible for a 400 with an S3, but you never know. It would be a very rare find and you'd need lots of luck. Maybe just slightly more. Best way to get S3's is long and monotonous. Most of my S3's came when I had a headhunter but he didn't see the red Icon. Just recruit EVERYONE in sight and when you get to the stage where you can heal your team or change weapons etc, look at the recruits, if they have a text book, S3, if not, discharge them.

Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots	ive always had supposed that when you continuously beat hard or extreme mode on mpo+, youll then find more stronger recruits and rare soldiers with s3 skills. Also did anybody start off with the game with soldiers that had 400hp or what?

Do u mean that if they have a textbook when u capture them that the skill for the textbook is the skill of which they can go up to S3?

Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops	if u dont put any spies in ur spy unit their HP is higher, and if u hav all bait soldiers then their HP is even higher,i got one soldier with 314 HP doing this and he has an S in AR (not maxed out!!)
