So, I gave a look at MGSOnline, but you can't create a female character? Isn't that very limitating and also slightly sexist? Is it because they're gonna make you pay some extra money to be allowed something so basilar as choosing your gender? Discuss! |

It's ironic isn't it? considering that MGS4 is littered with female soldiers like the Havens troopers and the BB Unit. I'd love to see female soldiers in MGO, they would also have the ability to walk over those pesky mags without being affected. XD |

I believe it is. It will (supposedly) have 3 new maps, female characters available, and Meryl and Johnny as special characters.

That is lame, MGS4 is filled with Female troops. I dont see how they didnt add not one female option. This expansion pack you speak of, does it come with a confirmed price tag? do you know it? |

i think it was mentioned that it was worth 17000yens, thats about $18 and well £10 (correct me if im wrong!). Lmao there would need to a lot of changes made to MGO if female characters were added, such as when you have CQC level 3 and you grab their balls....oh wait girls dont have them...and how about the magazine, girls won't love/get attracted by them, unless they're lesbos lmao. They could just make it gossip magazines or dildos. Plus, I don't think a lot of female gamers aren't typical stereotype girls. Pretty expensive though, if it's 10 GBP. It's just a software update. |

Source Not much longer to wait. Despite the amount for the add on, I'm going to pay for it. I'd like to new maps, to be able to play as a female (no I'm not a weirdo. They are much smaller, less shadow, better stealth), and I'd like to play as Johnny and Meryl. Cool with the new maps Shadow Moses, Mei Ling's Ship, and MGS1 Heliport....all sound interesting. Anyone have any idea or thought to what meryl and johnny will be supposed to do? Will it be like sneaking only you choose between snake, meryl and johnny... all should have octocamo in that case... |

Yes, clearly the original report about what the three new maps would be was completely wrong. Nonetheless, we still will be getting three maps and female characters in the new expansion pack. |
