Take into consideration the fact that he had his hair tied, his eyes shielded with sunglasses and his voice disguised, and he wasn't easy to identify as Liquid Snake. I never realised, because, I never really thought about him being anybody other than Master Miller. However, a giveaway is the fact that when Liquid Snake is in a problem (such as after the Hind D battle), Master doesn't answer his codec. I never realised until the end of the game when he actually reveals himself. It was a very smart move by Hideo Kojima. I was shocked when I found out. |

Thats one thing that bugged me about MGS, clearly there's no way people in Codec convo's can see each other but there are times when it is implied that they can. Such as when Liquid says "did you like my sunglasses". How can Snake even know WTF he's talking about? and when Meryl takes off her balaclava, Snakes like gets all excited. I think thats just MGS's style though like when The Bosses scar crawls off her body and turns into a Snake and then the petals turn red. Obviously that didn't really happen, it's just used to visually tell the story. Basically those strange things are just for the players and are not necessarily really happening, same goes for the "visual" Codec moments as well I think. |

I started to expect it after he started trying to hint Naomi was againest Snake.. Miller didn't really seem to have an important role untill then, so I thought there must of been more to him than first suspected |

In terms of disguise, it fooled me too the first play. But I agree Miller was acting suprisingly "hostile" at the end. Of course, if you have a spy on your team, that is a reason... but still, it happned so... suddenly IMO. In terms of did I like the sunglasses... ... ... Hell yes. |

Lol " Hey Snake!, Did you like my sunglasses." That line crack's me up everytime i hear it, Liquid's voice actor did a fantastic job. As for being fooled, guess i was, Especially after hes the one who hunts Naomi down about being a spy. |
