hey everybody, just read up on the Community support page that 2 new modes are up, Team Sneaking and Headshots am in MGO now and indeed they are. woo hoo if this has been posted anywhere else... well i haven't seen it. and Rat titles have been erased for some reason?!!! New Titles have also been added... I am a HOUND now. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Team Sneaking: i played a few of these, they are very enjoyable, this mode is probably the most one that relies on Team tactics so far. this is pretty much like the old Sneaking mode from MGO1 in terms of stealing something (Gako/Kerotan) from the enemy and return it to your base and having stealth camo. Rules: - one team has stealth camo, can only use Trank weapons and knife. the other team plays as normal. as usual teams take turns from one round to the next. not having lethal weapons isn't a big problem as you can use OSP and steal weapons from knocked out enemies which is easy as they stay knocked out for longer periods than other modes. - the entire "stealth" team will be exposed for a short period (until the alert phase dies down) if a member is spotted. - characters don't re-spawn just like rescue mission. (but no ghosts) haven't played any "headshots only" games yet... but we can all imagine what they are like, i personally hated the original one. Edited by rayofdoom, Jul 8 2008, 07:20 AM.

i kinda liked having a lot of RATs around. it was funny joining a game and i would be the only HAWK there and everyone else were RATs or SLOTH. |

thats why i didnt like it cause i was one of those rats!! Thing is i did fall into a lot of traps but it was my TEAMMATES traps! Btw i dont think much to that team sneaking!! |

I'm psyched to play the headshot game. So far 81% of all my kills are headshots...I'm sure that would've been even higher if I hadn't sucked so much my first day of playing. |

Its all about Team Deathmatch for me so far, need to improve my skills and tactics. Then i can use them proper in big games with good players

I like the new Team Sneaking mode, its a really great idea. I'm not too keen on the headshot mode though. I haven't played a game of it yet but it just sounds pointless to me. And by the way - what was the Rat title given for before it was removed? |

these modes went up 2 days ago. hardly qualifies as quite a while. RAT title was given to players who often get caught in traps. i played one SNE Headshots game, didn't even realise it was one til i the other players exploding left and right, i dont think they got the idea. and i must say its the same as old HS only sucks balls and i hate it. |

i've played team sneaking and it's pretty cool. but when you're team is sneaking the stealth only last for a short while. they should display a bar that shows how much stealth you have left like the battery in po. |

That's because the stealth camo stops working for a short time when a teammate gets hit. It doesn't run on batteries. |
