Anybody who's in/been in a relationship, you probably have a 'couple's song'- a song that is special to you, it played during your first kiss, first dance, whatever. I was just wondering, who else has an 'our song', and what is it? Mine and my girlfriend's: Another Girl, Another Planet - The Only Ones. Played during our first night together. Man up, and admit yours! |

Oh god, I've got a couple I think. Not sure of the artists name but 'Secret Lovers' was one. 'Me and You' by Cassie too. God..it's cringeworthy thinking about it. =/ |

With all the girlfriends I've had, we've all had our songs. Such as: Mariah Carey - All I Want For Christmas (Because we started liking each other around Christmas) Taio Cruz - She's Like A Star (Because I played it to her and said that she's like a star to me) And for the recent one: NeYo - Closer (Well, I say this one is because she kept on reminding me to get the song on my phone) So yeah, I ALWAYS have songs for each relationship I have. I know that the girl who I love so much and who means everything to me loves this song, and so do I.  Feeder - Shatter Always think of her when I hear it, and it makes me really happy. She's ruined all my thoughts of being a perfectly average MGS speedrunner, but I love it, as I can just talk to her and listen to this great song. |

Bright Eyes... ouch. Mine likes Sublime and RHCP, as well as Green Day which is awesome, but then she also likes Pete Murray and Plain White T's and the like. I've been trying to get her into Rancid, cause of the reggae shit they bust out every now and again, isn't going so well so far though. But at least I don't mind when she plays 'Poprocks & Coke' and 'She' and such.

Well I have never had a girlfriend.... Maybe this is why I have never had one of thos songs. I wouldnt want one really. If I did I would want ti to be something really crazy. Wait I did have one... Misfits - Helena ( And That was a bit crazy. It become 'our' song. He played it a lot. And was kinda obsessed with me. Still my best friend. I may even end up getting back with him who knows. I've always found it quite pointless to have a "our song." I mean, music is music. Any song is my song and everybody else's that can hear it. It's just a beautiful and diverse language that anyone can understand. |
