It nearly brings me to tears almost every time I watch it.

Metal Gear Solid	My most memorable sad moment from the series is the death of Meryl...Enclosure is the perfect song for the moment and David Hayter put in the best emotion for that scene. I am man enough to admit that I did shed some tears in MGS4 though for two scenes. Spoiler: click to toggle First when Naomi died (mainly because the song enclosure played again...perfect song. Also when Sunny was asking Otacon questions about Snake...at the time I really thought Snake was dead and it got me very much. That ending kinda gets ruined though when you find out Snake lived. So watching it a second time it didn't effect me anymore

Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots	Yep, EEs death for me, definitely, I think because I didn't exactly get to know the character as well as other characters, I kind of felt more sorry for her, if that makes any sense at all. Other than that, the end of MGS3, still has me weeping sometimes.

The disregard for human life that causes things such as Gray Fox's state after Dr. Clark has her way with him and the plight of well-intentioned scientists whose work ends up contributing to things that go against their consciences. Spoiler: click to toggle Furthermore, it saddens me greatly that those behind Les Enfants Terribles would deliberately engineer the "Enfants" to have short life spans in order to assure control and keep sentient beings on a short leash, commoditizing them for war. In more microcosmic terms, I am most saddened by: The debriefing of Snake Eater. The non-canonical ending of Metal Gear Solid wherein Meryl dies. The story of a young girl chasing a dream with a familial impetus ultimately finding death in her search is deeply effecting, as is the effect we see her death have on Snake. Sniper Wolf's death. Being Kurdish, she had seen atrocities all of her life, so her warped pathology is understandable. I found myself much more sympathetic toward her character than I thought I would. The final moments of Guns Of The Patriots.

It is an incredibly sad moment. I loved her character so much, and I really hope that if there are future BB games braught out, we get to see some of her past. Other than that, Debriefing. That and every moment of MGS3 from that minute one, the grand finale with Big Boss saluting at her grave as we slowly learn the truth behind her actions. 2.) Sniper Wolf's death. I mostly blame the amazing choice of music there. Not to long, not too short, we found out a lot about Wolf's feelings and motives, and all those wolves who gathered there just made me "awwww". "Okay hero, set me free..." perfect. 3.) MGS1 ending before credits when Naomi speaks about life. Very touching.

Its so sad to see them both so old, fighting each other hand to hand once more while every few punches they have to use the syringe just to keep going. And the final nail in the coffin was when they both fell to their knees, picked up a syringe each and drove it into the other ones neck then MGS1 style health bars appeared and inceased. Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty	my saddest moment in MGS would probably be when naked sanke(big boss) looses his eye, my second part that gets me is that: SPOILERS FOR MGS4!!!! is the last fight between liquid and solid, where it goes through the whole saga of MGS3 all the way to MGS4, and then liquids speech of how hes a doppelganger of ocelot and how solids a doppelganger of naked(big boss)

I have many, Wolf dying, E.E dying, BB saluting The Boss...the whole ending of MGS4...when snake puts the gun in his mouth..I thought he was DEAD I was choking, Big Boss loosing his eye in the torture, Snake getting his face burned, Meryl getting shot by Sniper wolf and lying helpless...so many things lol. No order to those things whatsoever lol.
