Question regarding 64/32bit compatibility.; Is this possible?

The computer I want is: http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=3956792&Sku=I455-5150 It looks pretty much perfect, aside from the 64bit processor. My question is, would it be possible for me to install 32bit Windows XP on it? Are 64bit processors compatible with 32bit OSes? Any answer would be appreciated.

Feeling Completely Undermined. Posts: 3,441 Group: The Special Forces Member #2,600 Joined: June 23, 2006 Favourite Metal Gear Title? Metal Gear Solid	I don't think you'll have any issues sticking XP 32bit on it, 64bit is for 4gb of RAM or above, but it works fine backwards with 32bit, so yeah it should work perfectly well.
