mine was the tuxedo, sure you are wearing a dark suit, but no face paint and CQC sucks

Tuxedo, because it's all black... and it's completely pointless because if it's really dark, just use the 'Black' Cammo.

The Snow and Kubuki facepaints are retarded. When do you use them besides the final Boss fight?

And the zombie facepaint, never used it once.

Light Saber trumps anything

This topic is a trick question and I am the first to get it. There is no worst camo, I think all of them can be used to enhance the game. Even the duck one that makes noise. Kind of gives and extra challenge. And you have to have the the tux, its just part of metal gear. Snake sported it so naturally Big Boss had one.

Worst as in worst as a camo?

GA-KO. Yellow hardly ever occurs naturally and even when it does it's not vibrant.

Unless we're talking sunflowers, but you don't find many of them in Chechnya.

My least favorite camo has to be Water, I don't think I've ever once used it.

Worst had to be Hornet, there are only so many times it comes in handy, and it never blends in either.

Well, camo wise, Ga-Ko would probably be the worst, but it can be helpful in locating Kerotan's, should you not know where they are.

The one I use least would also be Water, never really need the thing. I still like to have it though, to go with all camos.

And Tux? Ah, come on, it's great. :P Classic MGS, reminds you of Bond, and looks classy.
And no-one here has ever thought of a no alerts Tux run? The no CQC can be a pain, but the camo index makes for a challenge, and it looks damn good. I was up to Bolshaya Past base at W&N's, normal, no kills/alerts/saves, going at a fair speed, and then he asked for the controller. Needless to say, there was an alert in five seconds of that happening.
I think I will do a Tux Doberman speedrun in a while, and perhaps work my way up the difficulties.

OD is nice camo for the hanger, but not much else. Not my most used camo, but it's not too bad.

I would say fire, because, well theres not any times you're on fire. And when you are, you stand out as it is.

come to think of it..... the GA-KO reveals kerotans,so thats quite useful, the tux isnt that good, just a reference to the other parts of the series, but i never use spider. too much of a stamina drain. the sneaking suit isnt the best, but it has great bonuses. maintenence can be a great help in the hangar...so ill write a list of all the camos that you should have on you at all times, not including some of the ones you get at the start, and possibly face paints

camo:
moss
fire
hornet stripe
desert
black
tiger stripe
cold war
snake
sneaking suit
scientist (Cant avoid)
officer (Cant avoid)
spirit
woodland
GA-KO
snow
splitter

facepaint:
zombie
snow
desert
woodland
splitter
black

i think thats it...i might have forgotten some :D

I can't remember whether they were camos or facepaints, but the ones with the country flags and crap. Like the American facepaint...I mean come on. It sticks out so much in the environment.

Yes, that's a spring roll.

Tuxedo. Every time I decide to start a run wearing it, I think 'Heh, this will be great. The Tux looks so sweet.' Then I run up to a guard, hit circle to CQC his ass into the ground, and instead punch him and spin, standing there looking stupid. MGS3 without CQC is like MGS2 without the combat roll- the funnest new edition cut out. Sucks.

I'd personally say the Olive Drab uniform, not just because The Boss/SIGINT say it's crap, but it's just so pointless and doesn't look cool at all.

The tuxedo actually looks cool in cutscenes and to wear, but even so, it has no real good advantage. No CQC? -Why the hell?

Hmm I wouldn't say that OD is crap, after all Snake manages to pull it off brilliantly in Sons of Liberty.

But for practicality, theres very little it is good for, I don't think theres anywhere that it gives a decent camo index.

I'd say the Fear's camo. Sure, it has its uses, but the stamina drop is so tragic.

I just hate it. I was expecting it to be amazing since you get it after defeating the boss, but then I find all it does is never go below 15%. WTF is that bullshit.

It also makes you take 50% less damage and make your stamina loss slower.
