You have to have your PS3 on at the same time, logged in on the first page before you choose your character, maybe not that specific but you have to be logged into your Game and Konami account. |

Okay that just doesn't sound right at all!  Because you use your Konami ID to buy the content and it should transfer to your game ID as well. Otherwise it would just screw around the system from a technical view! Also have people been paying through credit cards? Or have some of you bought it through MasterCard or Visa debit cards? |

That's it, I give up. Going through this much hell for a couple of stages and two characters I'll never use isn't worth it. @ C REX that's were you went wrong, you are suppost to be logged in with both your Game and Konami ID. that is why it was never working for you. |

I bought the expansion using my visa electron card, got it without any problems even though I have heard electron-cards have problems with PSN. ^^ I used the ps3 to buy it not the computer. |

we should start a thread on the MGO community support page complaining about the crap servers and urging them to move to PSN servers or sort it out as well as linking the JP US and EU servers. sure us in the EU get the majority of international players across Europe and the middle east but that's not enough. how long are these problems going to continue for? will the same shit happen at the next expansion? well i don't want to go through that crap over and over again. if i want to spend my money on their stuff i demand a good and easy service just like on PSN. |
