This looks good, I can't wait for this one. I love the GN, I was already hoping a few years ago they ever make a movie of The Watchmen.

Looks really awesome. I think I may check out the graphic novel as well. When's this supposed to come out?

I'm not the biggest fan of the book actually, but the movie looks like it's definitely going to be worth watching.

Also, David Hayter is the head writer for the screenplay. I just can't wait for this film.

Now we shoot?

Hmm, I'm disappointed. But then again I'm not much a fan of the source either.

I'll still give it a go, I usually waste money by watching all the comic book adaptations that come out, so I don't see why Watchmen will be any different.

well I saw the trailer for the first time when I saw Dark Knight a few days ago and I must say everyone was talking in the theater but when the trailer for Watchmen came on it went silent. I'm already really excited for this movie. This movie might be one of the best films of 2009 since they are already advertising for a movie that isn't coming out for about 8 months.

Here's the link showing David Hayter is the one of the Screen Writers of the film and will get a credit as well. Just adding a bit more information since someone already said this.

Watch the Watchmen.

Justify my thug.

Can't believe I missed this thread, I've been hyping about this on other forums for days. This is truely going to be one amazing spectacle of a film, although I'm actually looking forward to the directors cut more than I am the theatre version, as there is no way they can fit everything from the novel into a feature length film.

SOP free.

This looks interesting. I have not yet read the comic books, but have read V For Vendetta, which is also authored by Alan Moore. I wonder if this adaptation will piss Moore off as much as the V adaptation (which I liked) did? Hayter's involvement is interesting. I liked what he did with X-Men

The trailer looks pretty good. My friend showed me this trailer a few days ago and it looks interesting. I haven't read the graphic novel yet or whatsoever. Also, considering the fact that David Hayter is one of the screenwriters? This is gonna be good.

Haha, well to be fair he was kind of validated with V for Vendetta.

As for the watchman: I'm pretty hyped for this at the moment. It'll be interesting to see how those who've read the comic react to it after it's released because, having not read the graphic novel myself, I haven't really got any expectations.
