Or just quit the game without saving and you will still have him. I found him in prison on extreme but I think he can be found in the supply depot too, only on extreme though.

Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots	i found johnny in the prison in extreme, he kida sucks though..... 160hp A in all. i use a hacked one onstead 380hp S2 in rifles and S2 in subs. you were talking about 'Johnny' and not 'Jonathan' right? =/
