whats your meaning of akiba and meryl i mean akiba is cool hold down triangle and he says tada! and meryl says eye contact when i was akiba earlier he shit in his pants and all my team mates got gassed  and his wapon is xm8 compact i love that gund meryl has the D.E long barrel its a gun with sniper scope and finaly what do you think will be the next 2 unique characters

itll proaably be johnathan and the other guy, those two come in a pair. plus id say their gonna save the best for last anyway. they need some new games modes. like gekkos jumping from the background into the level. and you have to fdend them off. or the level with all the frogs coming at you in the building. stuff like that. maybe raiden as an npc character that helps you from time to time. if you can control him, you wont be able to do the mad jumps or anything so it wud kinda make hi like he was in mg2 which wud suck |

Eugh, i hope we wont have to pay for anymore. Which we probably will. I'd happily pay for Raiden or Snake though. |

I would like to play as Sunny....nobody wants to kill a cute little girl with a speech impediment. Next I can guess to be Ocelot and Raiden though...it'll be like Portable Ops....or possibly Drebin. |

I personally think raiden as a playable character might ruin him as a character in the MGS series. You wouldnt be able to do half of the amazing shit that he does in MGS4, and new raiden with a gun running around would be hella gay to me. Sword wouldnt be that great against opponents if its anything like the MGS2 swords, because right when you let down the sword from blocking bullets, youd just get headshot. The only way raiden would work in my opinion is if he had his own game mode or something. Im guessing that the colonel and eva (big mama eva that is) are gonna be next. edit: am I the only one that would love to play as the frogs? lol, that would be sweet, but the other team would have to get some kind of advantage. A protect/assassinate mode with the target being zero would be pretty cool imo too. (there I go with my wild ideas, ha) Edited by mgoeclipse, Jul 19 2008, 07:35 AM.

I'm assuming the next unique characters will be Liquid Ocelot, Raiden, and Mei Ling. They are the remaining characters featured in shady picture. If they are only going to release two, I'd say it would be Liquid Ocelot and Mei Ling. My reasoning for saying that is, they will make us wait longer for Raiden, hoping that it will keep people attracted to the game with the hopes of finally playing as Ninja Raiden. |

Chances are they'll probably release more expansions with various other characters. Maybe Gray Fox or Null? Gene could be a good character along with Python. Yes I loved portable ops and would love to play as some of those characters again outside the PSP system. Maybe the Boss aswell?

With Raiden i think he will be really fast because as said before you go running (if it was at normal speed) at an enemy they would just pop you in the head? And anyway he is clearly very, very fast, i just hope his sword controls aren't as bad as in MGS2 (I couldn't use it great anyway) Does anyone know what will happen with Mei Ling? (Does she have her own level?) I'm guessing her ability will have something to do with a radar... i have a funny feeling she could be iinvolved in the Shadow Moses level...

Better yet, they could give the player an ability to play as a Snatcher or a Frozener. Or the ability to dress as a member of the Advance Police (AP) Unit. My crazy dreams...
