Anyway, it's going to be a place where you can cash in the reward points you got for gear. My guess is you will be able to get shirts, new vests, headwear (I've already seen pictures of the beret, and a boonie cap) and basically anything that you can customize your character with. There is also a slot on your character for facecamo, that no one has yet. My guess is they will include that as well.
