Amazon (.co.uk). I don't know about now to be honest whether the prices are still as crazy as that but i'd be surprised if they went from £500 down to something like £30. You might wanna try there. Edit: just remembered that you have to be in U.K. to sell. Stupid.

Anyone looking to purchase a reasonably conditioned copy on eBay can expect to pay between £35 & £45. Amazon's prices are pretty shameful, considering. |

This is the only game i don't have and it's getting on my nerves trying to find a reasonably priced copy. I've seen some go for up to £100 and most go for about £60 ish. Hopefully they will come down in price soon. It's impossible to find in the shops.

ebay old bean, eBay. You'd be considered very unlucky if you were to bid £50 and not win a decent copy. I say this because I followed a number of auctions quite closely before finding one I was happy with. Take the last four auctions I watched for instance (inc p&p): £38; £41; £45 & £49.66 in that order - the last being the copy I won. |

I think you may be looking at Metal Gear Solid 3: Limited Edition The only difference is that it comes with a 3-4 hour long Snake Eater movie, which is all the cut-scenes put together.  I went to EB GAMES last winter, and got a very good copy of Metal Gear Solid 3: Subsistence, and it runs fine, with minimal scratches, for 25 dollars, last copy on my side of the state, I know, because I checked EVERY other store that sold games...and I never order games online, I don't trust eBay and Amazon users, no offense. The 3rd person camera is reason enough to go for Subsistence over Snake Eater. Plus you can rest assured that a purchase of the former will only increase in value, for reasons aforementioned. |
