Ha, yeah the boxes move for me to sometimes too, but I think thats probably just connection issues. As for the box itself, I use it to hide in, but I really get a tad ticked off when people with shotguns just run around in them 24/7 like idiots. |

Being Snake in sneaking missions sucks when the whole team is running around with shotguns. I successfully collected about 7 dogtags, but often get killed by damn shotguns. |

Am i right by saying to get the box skill u need to stay in the box for a full hour? i got told last night online, and need more people to confirm, u see ive done 2hours and 15mins now and still have not got the box skill, can some one tell me please?

Are there any anti-shotgun servers? lol. I hate when they hide and pop out and hit you, takes no skill whatsover because once you're on the floor, they just hit you again. Skillless bastards, I hate them. I'd say more than 50% of my death total has came from shotguns, 25% sniper and the rest everything else. |

No... You just suck. It takes quite a bit of skill to get close enough to use the shotgun. You can avoid it by simply slicing the pie. |

Mobius, you must have low-level shotgun, because once you hit mastery, you can hit from plenty a distance.I find it ironic because your character in your sig is holding a M870 Custom.

i use both drum can and box when it suits, i use the box sparingly during a match, if i use it lots the enemy will know what im upto and start seeking me out shooting random boxes. the drum works best around corners, its so satisfying when you take out a whole squad and hilarious.
no that is wrong or half right anyway. the box skill isnt simply a "box skill" it is moving while in a box (i dont know the proper name for it as i havent unlocked it yet), the skill gets created when you have a total of 1 hour running in a cardboard box (not staying still). note that this skill is new and was only added on the last update so your previous time using the box does not count. |

Lets look at this closely. SMG (me..hello  ) = Sneaking around, being careful not to run in the open, keep a low profile, attack an enemy fast and outgun them and out maneuver them to get the kill. Assault = More direct attack minded but with elements of stealth attached, skill in getting the first shots in on an enemy and having an accurate enough aim to get a quick headshot in. Sniper = Tactical positioning, sneaking, hiding, changing locations without getting spotted, trying not to get counter sniped, always with an eye behind you or at a ladder close to you for an enemy Shotgun = Sneak up behind people, camp, wait, hide, wait for someone to run round a corner, jump out and press R1. Come on the shotgun is a noobs best friend; you can't tell me it takes more skill to score a kill with a shotgun than a sniper or tactical use of an SMG? I don't mind if I'm running across the battlefield and someone snipes me in the head from afar, I think respect for that guy, he's an awesome shot. I don't mind if I get outwitted in a one on one fire fight between two machine guns, I can say well he was quicker than me...what I can't respect is going about my business, only to be blown off my feet by someone weilding a big heavy shotgun, its like wow you got close to me and shot, skillful! |

Other good stuffs of the C. Box Are that if someone uses a book you equip the C. Box and you can pass with no problem or if someone is trowing Stun Granades use the C. Box and you will not be afected by the stun of the granade. Old tips of the first MGO but very usefuls. |

Some people are just blind, lol. Today I saw a guy on the other team get into a cardboard box and sit still (so I assumed he was waiting for someone to walk by him). I decided to go and take him out, but one of my teammates ended up slightly ahead of me (came from a different bit of the level). He [roceded to stand directly next to the box guy and started sniping people (it was on the upper outside platform of one of the buildings on groznyj grad). I decided to let him get the box guy, but he never did. At no point did it occur to him to check the box (which was in a very unusual place, with the hole in clear sight) and for what ever reason, the box guy never moved (I assume he was too busy laughing at the blind guy standing next to him), so I tranq'd the box guy, revealing him, and my teammate immediately rolled off the side of the building (I assume he saw the guy appear, assumed he was about to be attacked and ran). Ah, good times. |

Ill try that technique later, i find the box to be pretty helpful in knife fights, because you can hide in one and pop out and cqc/slit throat |
