hi i got mgs 4 and i've completed it and now i wanna try it online but when i goes online it says i need to update it to version 1.11 and i got the newest version of the system 2.41 but its says online i got version 1.00 and it needs to be 1.11 and it gives me two options 2 do it a peer 2 peer option or a internet option and i tried both of em and it either says network error occured or network server down all my internet working fine and everyfing what should i do to prevent this problem i tried deleteing the game utility and installing the game again but it did'nt work some1 plz help thanks

Metal Gear Online has been having a lot of server maintenance recently. Perhaps you tried to install the update when the server was down. I'd try again and I'm sure it will work for you. Also, use HTTP to download, its much faster. Konami only put (recommended) on P2P because it takes stress off their servers. |

The server was probs down at the moment u did it dont worry i had this prob i jus tried 2 days later and it worked. |

i wouldnt even bother playing online, all people do is shoot you with the mosin nagant and when your asleep, they walk up to you and shoot you in the head. i died about 20 times in 10 minutes. but this is my personal opinion, give it a try and see what you think.anyone else have this view? |
