Everyone knows that Ocelot is the most complex character in the series. But i have heard alot of people announce minor character as their favorite. I am interested to hear who and why. thanks everyone. |

Meryl. I like redheads, especially ones that can handle themselves in a fight. Akiba. Because everybody else seems to hate the guy because of his joke-to-badass transformation throughout the game (which seems to be the reason a large number of individuals here are so crazy about Raiden now...  )

from 4 vamp was probable my favorite. he represneted a very solid challenge for snake to overcome and also the played and he was just so damn evil. |

My Top 6: 1. 2. Big Boss - A lot of people say that the last cutscene in MGS4 ruined it or was disappointing that Big Boss was still alive, but I thought it was cool, he's a cool old guy, he's the original and I like his speeches at the end and just how wise he is, he's a wise guy, lol. 3. Otacon - A cool geek, try talking to this guy during missions, he has a lot of interesting things to say, but You have to exit out of the menu and call him again for you to here him say something again other than "The place you have to get to is just up ahead, go Snake!" 4. Liquid Ocelot - Awesome villain, even though if you have the official guide, he doesn't really seem like a villain like they say, other than he wants Snake dead, lol. 5. Drebin - A gun launderer with attitude, who doesn't like a black guy with white hair? 6. Raiden - At first I didn't like him, he has that depressed sort of annoying guy, but he gets better buy the end and learns to accept things. And he did keep Snake from being squished by a huge a$$ submarine. (How can a guy that small stop something so big?) And I agree with Nathan_snake about Meryl. Haha yeah only a few people seemed to. They went a wee bit overboard with him in MGS4. But personally i blame Meryl for all this sassafrass. |

Solid Snake wins this one for me, without a doubt. He's just the most bad ass character of the entire series, IMO. He's defeated pretty much everyone, and some of them on more than one occasion. Aside from him I'd probably go with Big Boss and then Ocelot. They're both just bad asses, and huge pieces to the MGS puzzle. |

My favorite characters would be Liquid Ocelot and Spoiler: click to toggle ...-I ended up liking the new Raiden less then I thought I would... Its difficult to pinpoint why. -My respect for Campbell increased after what he did for Raiden, I liked the conflict b/w him and Meryl, and I liked his script. -I ended up liking Vamp less, due to his lack of depth. Raiden, hands down. It sort of irks me how everyone hated him in MGS2, yet suddenly SWOONS over the "half-cyborg ninja" (  ) in MGS4. Unlike everyone else, I've been loyal to his character.
