A women kills a 2 year old toddler by crushing its skull. She is over 1000 pounds and is deemed to fat for Prison. And is able to post bail. What do you guys think of this. What do you think should be done with her? Quote: Half-ton woman indicted in slaying of nephew, 2 EDINBURG, Texas (AP) — Prosecutors are trying to decide how to jail and bring to court a nearly half-ton, bedridden woman accused of killing her 2-year-old nephew. A grand jury on Thursday indicted Mayra Lizbeth Rosales, 27, on one count of first-degree murder and on one count of injury to a child in the death of Eliseo Gonzalez Jr. She previously had been charged with capital murder. Rosales weighs nearly 1,000 pounds and cannot fit through a door to leave her home, leaving prosecutors wondering how to bring her to court. As of Thursday evening, she was not in custody. Hidalgo County Sheriff Lupe Trevino said holding her at the county jail for her trial would be impossible because she needs extensive medical care. "She would die," said Trevino in Thursday's online edition of The Monitor in McAllen. The grand jury indicted Rosales after an autopsy confirmed investigators' suspicions that the child died March 18 because he had been struck. Investigators believe the toddler was struck at least twice, crushing his head. Authorities recommended Rosales' bond be set at $150,000. The boy's mother Jaime Rosales, was charged earlier with injury to a child because she allegedly left her son alone with his aunt. Her bond has been set at $100.000. Metal Gear Solid	I think she highly deserves great punishment for what she did. But I do understand that she would not be able to fit in a prison cell. She wouldn't even be able to walk around and do the mandatory day to day schedule. She hasn't even left her house for years (she can't fit out the door). I was talking about this in the PF, I wonder how many lethal shots it would take to put her down. Or if they would have to make a special electric chair for her. There has to be something done. She is already used to sitting in the same spot doing nothing cause she has been stuck in her house for years. So I don't know what kinda other punishment she can get. Her house is already like her prison.

I was just wondering about it. Did the baby not have a fucking quarter pounder on him or what? Or did the fat content in her body drive her fucking insane? She should face the very highest criminal charges for such a crime. Especially since she's already basically in a prison as said above.

I mean, I'm only 65kg's (don't know how much that is in pounds) and if a 1000 pound person would push me I think I would be a few steps back, at least. That bitch's arm could be like 200 pounds against a little 5 pound head, that's huge.

Obviously you dont want to fry the bitch (that would take to long and would stink) but i'd just pump her full of some sort of lethal injection. I just wish Britain would have the death penalty back. Metal Gear Solid	people in prison sometimes get like a video trial where they dont even need to show up at the court house im sure they can do the same for her. and anything even the slightest bit inhumane towards the bitch could be grounds for a mistrial and lawsuit on her part sadly i dont see how 1000lbs is even possible, ive seen people half that weight who were ready to die at any second. if the bitch is 28 i doubt she'll live to see much past 30 anyway

Metal Gear Solid	There are tons of people that get that weight...no phun intended. Somebody mentioning letting her rot in her house cause it is a prison. Well as I was saying before, yeah it is a prison, but that is the problem, she has been living that way for years so she is used to it. And that is pretty much letting her get away with murder, letting her continue her life like nothing happened. btw, for the person that mentioned people getting that size. This is what they look like at that weight. That's a dude, but that's what people look like at that weight.

She is over 1000 pounds I thought she killed the kid by sitting on his head... but then I read the article and saw that she bashed his skull in. Look, I hate children just as much as the next cynical bastard but bashing their skulls in is not the best way to make them stop crying. This lady should just be left to die... she's a burden to everyone because I guarantee she doesn't have a career to help pay for her medical bills. Also, how ungrateful can you get? That baby is just as vulnerable as she is. There's no way she'd be able to effectively defend herself at that weight so, hey, maybe someone should just bash her skull in, accidentally, as well.
