Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots	Oh yea, if you are starting a new game, if you want help go to this guy's channel, he did a Big Boss Emblem run, and he did it from a new saved file not using any of his previous files. Oh and another tip, lets just say this might be counted as cheating, but not really, lets say you finish the impossible bike chase and find yourself almost dead fighting Raging Raven, if you save there, and put the clock on your PS3 forward five hours, and load the game again snake's like will be full again, I only did that once because I lost a lot of health right before the Screaming Mantis fight.

Try not to waste your mk.II pistol ammo on them, apart from when they're jumping on the walls and all.
