I don't know if there's been a thread about this before, but oh well. What I'm mainly trying to do is learn from other's mistakes. Give us your story of how you got busted, and why. What were you holding, what was your sentence, your lawyer cost, etc, and finally, what is the moral of your story that you want everyone to know so they don't get caught. I read all about the laws of drugs to make sure I know what to do when confronted by a cop. Let's call this a learning experience. So, type away... When I was 5 my mom caught me reading past my beddy time.

The only thing I've been busted on was when I said "I wish I could kill you!" to some black girl in 3rd or 4th grade. I have to sometimes tilt my books to read....just what I do...and we got into an argument with my corner of my book going on her desk making her force me to read straight....I couldn't....so eventually after a few times where we forcibly moved the book back and forth I had enough and screamed at the top of my lungs what was previously said. Her being black and the fact columbine and just happened worsened everything. They had a police officer come in, had a police report put on me (keep in mind I'm frickin' 10 years old when this happened or younger)....and I was put into ISS. Not to mention the person they got to bring my books was the same damn black girl who argued with me. Needless to say there is a pretty nice indention in the Elementary school's ISS room now. |

I was busted when I got ticketed and I called the cop a fucking asshole under my breath when he was walking away. He walked right back and I am very lucky he didn't do anything else. |

Naw I'm not cool enough to have a record of being busted. On a serious note, I was a real law breaker in my younger days, but I never got busted, I lived in a place where criminal activity was too common for police to get their asses up for someone like me.

Same time my boyfriend at the time got a marijuana paraphernalia ticket. (: Back alley of my school, "Smoker's Alley" as we called it. Bunch of friends all smoking a blunt, a couple of black and milds, and I had a pack of cigarettes on me. Moral of the story: ESPECIALLY if you're a girl, DON'T LET THE MUTHAFUCKAHS SEARCH YOU. <3 Also, been arrested for misdemeanor assault c, but the charges were dropped. (: |

I get busted almost everytime I go to a stop the war event. The moral? Fight for your country and never ever back down, especially not for some idiot who thinks he's in charge because he wears fancy dress and carries handcuffs. |

I was suspended from school twice, once for smoking, once for mooning a teacher. I got an ASBO (anti-social behaviour order, or something) for drinking and skating on the streets when I was 14-15. I've been caught with weed twice. I was also in the car with my mate once when he was snorting coke while driving. Can't remember if we got pulled over or not though, it was ages ago. |

If you live in America, you have to know the laws, especially if you got shit on you. If you don't know the laws, cops will fucking rape you. I got pulled over in the small town of Dunkirk, here in Indiana. I had roaches in my ashtray, pills that didn't belong to my in center console, and a crisp fifty dollar bill folded inside my wallet underneath the CD player. I got pulled over for speeding, and was nervous so I was shaking my leg. The cop noticed I was nervous and asked for consent to search my car, which was granted. (NEVER AGAIN.) I saw him check my ashtray and my center console, but was just giving a ticket. When I got home, my crisp fifty dollar bill was gone. Pigs. It seems as though I'm El Aficionado del Sensimilla, this is basically the deal if you have shit (herb, paraphernalia, et cetera) in your ride. First and foremost, you do not have to give consent for a cop to search your car, unless they have probable cause. Should they have probable cause, they will not give you a choice. The problem is, they can keep you detained for not wearing your seatbelt or speeding basically as long as they like, or, rather, as long as it takes to get a K-9 on the scene. If you are going on a country cruise, clambaking it is never a good idea. If you're smoking herb in your vehicle as you're driving, you want the windows rolled down. The reason for this is, the scent of marijuana is extremely easy to cover up, but you need circulation. If you have the windows rolled up, your car will smell like herb for a much longer time. If you have the windows down while you smoke, all you need to do is light a cigarette after it's put out or spray a little somethin' and the smell is gone. At any given time, you want to have as little on you as possible. If you get busted with less than 32 grams of weed on you and nothing else, and it is your first offense, you can do your community service, pay your fine, and the misdemeanor is expunged from your record. If you get caught with that same sack and a piece (a pipe, one-hitter, bong, et cetera), you don't have that option— that's two misdemeanors instead of one, and that's not going to be expunged. Possession of less than 32 grams of marijuana is a misdemeanor. Over 32 grams and it becomes a felony. A good rule of thumb is to always have less than 32 grams on you at any given time. If you have an eighth (3.8 grams) in your pocket and you get busted, that's a misdemeanor. If you have an eighth broken up into two individual dimes (1.9 grams each), that's a felony intent to distribute. If you have weed on you at all, regardless of the weight, you want it in only one sack. If you get busted and you have a used pipe on you, don't bother claiming it's for tobacco use only. One sniff will give you away, and a pH test can be performed on it to check if it's been used for marijuana anyways. A lot of people who fuck with marijuana, especially teens, aren't around a whole lot of cocaine, meth, heroine, or so on. Those are all felonies, and it's just a good idea to stay away from them*. A lot of potheads will occasionally take pills, though, and pills are incredibly risky. If you get busted with a hydrocodone (Vicodin) that's not prescribed to you, that's a Class C felony. If it's an oxycodone (Oxycotin), that's a Class A felony. Just the hydrocodone can carry three years per pill. If you ever get pulled over and you have a non-lethal amount of pills on you, FUCKING EAT THEM. You might be fucked up later, even if you're at the police station, but that's far better than the alternative. *Cocaine, meth, heroine, and ecstasy are all very shady drugs. You never have any idea what cocaine has been cut with. (For instance, when it's shipped into America in it's purest form, it's yellow. The first guy who gets it will cut it with things like powdered laxative, which with make it snort smoother, and will sell it for more than he paid. The second guy will cut it with cheap uppers and sell it for more than he paid. The cycle goes on until it eventually gets snorted, and by that time, you never know how many hands it's been through or how many times it's been cut or what it's been cut with. Too pure and it'll kill you, but you never know if you will have an allergic reaction with one of the many substances it's been cut with.) Meth and ecstasy are usually cooked up in households; you never know exactly what's in it, and that (like cocaine) automatically makes it a dirty drug. Of course, these are all subject to the laws of your area, so it's a good idea to check into them. These are pretty much exclusive to America, so far as I know. |

heh, yeh. got busted with two friends when I was 12 or 13. I think. we were hungry and had no money so we decided to go steal some. it was just an idea like that, everybody was like 'sure whatever' and stuff. but anyway. me and one friend were going to distract the 'owner' (or whatever's the right word) while the other friend took whatever we wanted. then we walked out (it was very obvious we had stolen something, lul) and we started to open the stuff, just outside the store. of course, the owner started chasing us, and we ran. then he shouted 'stop' or something and one of my friends stopped, and we (or at least I) didnt want to leave anyone behind like that so we stopped too. then he called the police, but his swedish wasn't very good so I explained everything to the police (since my friends thought I should do the talking, lulz), and they were like 'well dont do that again' and stuff, and then we were banned from the store. xD afterwards we were scared of course and as we went back to school we were careful not to get seen by any nearby police car or helicopter (GTA 3 had just been released I think) and I feared they might have contacted my parents. they hadn't, but it was a creepy feeling still. maybe I shouldn't be laughin at it, but looking back, it was really funny how it al went down. we had been taking small candy bars and stuff weeks before, so it wasnt a big deal at the time. it was quite a eye-opener. xD so the point is: I dunno. I guess sometimes you have to experience it yourself to 'get the point'. |

This is a repost The worse thing I ever done was rob 30 cartons of smokes a few towns over from where I used to live. I was like 16.. me and 3 of my friends had a plan drawn out, specific date and time.We had my friend tim as the getaway driver. The 1st date was canceled so we waited a week because there were people actually shopping. So the following week when the time came me and two of my friends waited outside for the delivery guy to come because when he does the clerk has to walk out back to let him in.. hes the only guy who works there. So he came and as the clerk walked into the back we walked in.. The smokes were on the counter in a big glass case so me and my friend picked it up and Chris watched in case the clerk came back.. We got the smokes in the car and darted out the parking lot to Tims house. We ended up selling them and keeping some too. About 2 weeks later.. I’m in school and I got called down to the principals office. When I walked in there was 2 detectives sitting there.. I nearly shit my pants. They pretty much arrested me on the spot. My dumb friend Tim kept the top of the case as a souvenir.. it was a big Marlboro sign. His mom found it and since the robbery hit the press she put 1 and 2 together and called the police.. Nothing bad happen really I was just put on probation.. but I was shook for like 5 hours in jail |
