On easy and normal it sais i need dog tags from hold 1, hold 2, and hold 3. Can someone help me or tell me where they are?

I never had to get dog tags from any of the Holds on NTSC. I recommend you go from Very Easy to Extreme, because at later difficulties you will get a bandana ( infinite ammo ) and stealth camo once you have enough dog tags. It can be pretty annoying, I remember I had to put all marines to sleep in a hold just to get a dog tag. Now for that you need patience.
