Meh, what? Posts: 398 Group: Outer Heaven Member #9,852 Joined: August 15, 2008 Favourite Metal Gear Title? Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater	Has anyone ever played Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake? If you have, you'll realise the strong similatrites that Metal Gear Solid has to Metal Gear 2. The entrance (air ducts), the heroinne you meet early in the game, Meryl, much like Holly in Metal Gear 2 (her radio/codec frequency is also the same), the first floor in Metal Gear Solid is very similiar to Metal Gear 2's, you find a gun and rations early in the game too, the Colonel is giving you support, so is McDonnel Miller, Gray Fox is in it also Spoiler: click to toggle and he helps you secretly over the radio and, like all of the Metal Gear series, you face a Metal Gear. Just mine and others small theore on it and I thought'd share it with you guys. Opinions? Edited by Mr. Snake, Sep 6 2008, 02:40 PM.

Metal Gear Solid	um, yeah. they're very similar, people have called MGS a MG2 remake because they're so much alike. doesn't bother me though, I think both games are incredible awesome in their own way. however, had I played MG2 before MGS I would probably dislike MGS cause of that and MG2 would be my favourite MG game

Ummm I'd say it's similar in ways, although I've played both I wouldn't say it's a next gen remake of it by gameplay elements. Anyway still an epic game
