Most of the time I use... M4 + Grip + Silencer + Laser MK22 Magazines / WP Grenades / SG Mines (depending on cash) SG mines are the lol though, especially when you're up against a team that loves to stick together in a tight formation.  If they had an RPG that fired SG rounds, I'd buy it. |

I love the XM8, but I really wish it was customizable. Thats why when I have a LOT of DP, I'll customize the M4 with a grenade launcher or something fun. |

The M4 with grip and silencer is for me, the ultimate swiss-army-knife of all the guns. It's pretty good at long range, providing you just squeeze off a few round in short burts. It great for mid and close range combat, almost certain to get head shots assuming you don't panic and shoot the floor. Combined with the zoom scope, it make a faily good sniper rifle to use from cover. Not as good as the M14ER, SVD or DSR but good enough if you have to engage in skirmishes and have some good cover. If anything, I think the M4 is TOO good. The XM8 is also a great gun...low recoile, fast firing and accurate. But the lack of customisation ruins it for me. The dot scope is excellent for long range targets who haven't spotted you yet (i.e. irritating bastards with sniper rifles )

Not surprised there isn't any sub-machine gun love to be seen. I have had Level 3 Assault Rifle for a long time and decided to try other weapons. Sniper Rifle is up to Level 2 now, but I find all that standing around too dull. It's great when you are against a team whose tactics are to rush the same areas but other than that it's too boring. But what is with SMGs?! A P90 takes about 15 shots to drop someone. What the hell is that? I really have to make sure it's headshots all the way with those. M4 all the way for me... |

I Absolutely Love The Single Shot M14EBR With Silencer And Laser Sight Its Flippin Awesome And I Dont Mean To Brag But Ive Got PLENTY Of Headshots With It. With DP I Use The SVD Or AK102 And In Training With Every Weapon I Use M4 With Silencer and Smoke grenade launcher. I Know what your thinking and no im not a big noob that smokes you then shoots you in the face, but i use smoke grenades for what they are meant to be used for; covering my movements ill be hidden behind a box with 3 people shooting me then BAM! i throw a smoke grenade and end up beside them, then i shoot THEM in the face... see how they like it

The AK is my favorite for all around: I love the look, and the sound of it. It just feels deadly. But if I can afford it, the G3. Good rate of fire, great damage, looks badass. For some reason I just don't like the M4- maybe I just hate the sound of it... Anyone else disappointed not to see the FAL in MGO? Edited by maj_barnes, Oct 8 2008, 08:48 PM.
