-The Light Of Happiness- Trying to find my way to the light To find happiness in all it's plight Seeing dreams of my past That haunt me... Seeing dreams of my future That haunt me... My today, is that of yesterday, Wishing I had angel wings, Trying to find my way Through the dark. Wishing I could fly away, Waiting to earn my angel wings That will take me to my happiness For happiness is the reason life Is even worth living. Without happiness the world Sees you as no one, emotionless... With happiness you're an aspiration A light, to all. I shouldn't live in fear Just because of a piece of paper That makes him and I one. My angel wings are waiting in the light, But I must fight, Fight these hells I face, To wake up to a brand new day Where the light shines And I can fly. |

This is decent stuff, if only I knew how to write poetry, I'd try too.  It makes a lot of good points too, I often think that happiness is something to live for, as I seem to find it hard to be happy for sustained periods, living in hope of sustained happiness isn't great, but maybe that's all I can do. It's good anyhow, keep posting them.
