Have you ever cried because you couldnt finish a mission and you had to do it over and over again. Because my 8 year old brother always cries when he plays and he cant beat a mission. |

Aw, poor lil' guy. The highest emotion that those VR Missions got out of me was anger, mostly at myself, by being unable to achieve a first ranking. |

I know.Every time he does that I take the controller and show him a good way to beat the mission and then encourage him to try more.And when I play I really get pissed sometimes enough to start cursing.One time I forgot it was 2 in the morning and I screamed damn and my mom came and unplugged it the thing that sucked was that I had Mgs1 snake already 20% and I hadnt saved since Pliskin 70% so I got pissed. |

There is another option that's called 'busting the controller', I follow that. It costs a lot but it's better than crying for an unsuccessful VR mission. |

I've never cried, but I have done some dumb crap when playing VR. I spent 2-3 hours and 500+ retries on one mission when shooting for the WR, which I annoyingly missed by 14 points.  But after my greatest run, my hands ached and hurt, and I couldn't stop thinking about timing stun grenades for hours. Do not do this, it makes you crazy.As for stuff I've done....sworn repeatedly and punched various things, including myself, but NEVER the controller. I broke my old one by doing this, and I'm not going to again. I did squeeze the pad hard tonight and heard a pop.  But yeah, no tears, VR just sends me into insanity sometimes. |

Cried? No. Smashed my controller into pieces? Yes. The Boss battle in MGS3 annoyed me alot, I could never do it. When I did it, I was jumping all over the place, but when it came down to give the final shot, I felt bad. Edited by Mr. Snake, Oct 5 2008, 11:39 AM.

I haven't cried but I have seriously gotten pissed off with it. I mean, I'll get so worked up over a mission, then at the end of it, I'll just turn it off and play another game or something.

I've gotten pissed off, not on MGS2, but MGO, if I do something really stupid or go down a level, sometimes I can't stop the anger so I have to force myself to calm down, and play latter because I play a lot better when I'm calm. |

chucking the controller at the tv is sometimes good or burning your ps2 gets rid of all your problems  LOL not really but yeh i get angry expecially on the target training ones
